New for 2011-2012

We’re very excited about the upcoming season 2011-2012. We added a new destination for our liveaboard doing 6 and 7-day trips up to Myanmar (Burma) and the Mergui Archipelago. This area has massive potential for some spectacular diving and also great opportunities diving in locations where few have gone before!
Right now we’re in the middle of the low season and Khao Lak is very quite. Most staff has gone elsewhere during the no-diving season and we who stay enjoy the tranquility and keeping busy with preparing for the upcoming season.

Our liveaboard Mv Vilai Samut

She currently sits in the Tap Lamu pier getting nurtured by staff who is servicing her and getting her a new paint job during the off-season. For the upcoming season she will do 3-day safaris to the Similan Islands, including Koh Bon, Koh Tachai and Richelieu Rock. Also she will go on longer adventures for 6 and 7-days up to Burma and the Mergui Archipelago.

Check out our 2011-2012 schedule. Sign up for a six or seven day trip to Burma, Koh Bon and Richelieu Rock.

We have also got a new wreck close to Khao Lak. It sunk in June 2009 and the coral groth and the amount of fish that has settled on the wreck in this short time is unbelievable. The top of the wreck is at 22-25 meters depth which makes it a perfect dive site for deep diver training, and as a great wreck dive for our most experienced divers. Read more on our dive site pages.

Divemaster trainees

We still have some openings for divemaster trainess. Are you looking for a dive center that can give you good training? Now that we are running both our own speedboat and our own liveaboard, Liquid Adventure is one of very few dive centers that can give you an proper allround training. Read more on our course pages.

Technical diving

We get more and more inquiries about technical diving. To give you the best service possible, we are now also a TDI Center. We will conduct courses in technical diving during this season, and for next season we will be offering dive packages and liveaboard trips tailored for technical divers.

Freediving

Freediving is getting more and more popular. We have had a number of freedivers onboard our liveaobard, and one of our diving instructors has done a freediving course, therefore we can now offer freediving to our guests. the prices are the same as for snorkelers.
